Regular acidity how to heal with alternative means
Stomach secretes acid to begin the process of digestion. This natural acid is used to break down the food. There are cases where the production of acid is increased by the glands present in the stomach, causing the condition usually known as acidity. This acid causes severe irritation in the esophagus. Ulceration, dyspepsia, heartburn and chest pain are all symptoms of severe acidity. Some people experience such an intense chest pain that they often confuse it with a heart attack. It is also found to be more common in individuals who are nervous and highly emotional.
Now there are some Do’s and Don’ts regarding your daily diet, to prevent acidity from occurring. Take review of the things that are actually aggravating the problem and examine your dietary habits. There are some foods containing living enzymes which are helpful in preventing and eliminating acidity.
HCL levels
The first step to prevent acidity is by increasing the production of HCL naturally in the stomach. A simple remedy to treat acidity is by substituting high quality sea salt instead of common table salt in your diet. The sea salt also provides the body with chloride and essential minerals.
Substitute processed food with organic food
The processed foods are known to exacerbate acidity; it also causes bacterial imbalance in the digestive tract. Try to eat fresh organic vegetables and fruits to combat this situation.
Raw foods instead of cooked ones
Researches show that the health improving enzymes that are found in raw foods in abundance are destroyed when cooked at 116°Fahrenheit. So it is preferable to take a favorable amount of raw foods in order to benefit from the healthy nutrients and enzymes found in them. These raw foods are also essential for reducing acidity.
Increase Vitamin D intake
An increase in Vitamin D levels helps in optimized production of at least 200 antimicrobial peptides, these peptides help to cure infections occurring in the esophagus and digestive system. You can get vitamin D in abundance from sun exposure. Also foods rich in Vitamin D should be added to the diet such as eggs, mushrooms, milk, cod liver oil and fish.

Last week, it was time for me to buy new deodorant (this post is research I did in anticipation of this). I had always heard of "crystal deodorant" but it I just couldn't understand how it could possibly work. Well, I'm very pleased to say that it does. I'll be honest, though, it wasn't perfect but I don't know of a deodorant that is. It's nice to know that a deodorant with one of the safest scores works as well as others. By the way, according to the packaging, the crystal stick can last up to a year!
"Skin Deep pairs ingredients in more than 25,000 products against 50 definitive toxicity and regulatory databases, making it the largest integrated data resource of its kind. Why did a small nonprofit take on such a big project? Because the FDA doesn't require companies to test their own products for safety."In today's post I'm listing safer deodorant choices from Skin Deep's site that can easily be found at your local drugstore. I've also listed some common items with high (not safe) scores as comparisons. It should be noted that although Skin Deep gives products a "low hazard" score, some of them contain the chemicals below with cautions from testing results of these chemicals:
Aluminum Chloride: Organ system toxicity, in vitro tests on mammalian cells show positive mutation results, reproductive effects at moderate and high doses, and animal studies show brain and nervous system effects at high doses
